Sparks Engineering, LLC is committed to providing you with the best mechanical and plumbing design for your home. We approach every project with a focus on efficiency, aesthetics, functionality, cost, and easy maintenance.
Going the extra mile...
Our successes have been, in part, due to close coordination with the architects and prospective owners. Such coordination has allowed us to design all of the important features the owner wishes to have in their homes, and include:
1. HVAC systems with efficiency, yet cost effective, and easy to maintain. We will not over-design your home at your expense!
2. Quiet & effective air distribution design. This includes aesthetic placement of grilles, diffusers.
3. We work closely with the architect to maintain and complement the themes and styles that are intended.
4. Energy efficient design. We work closely with the architect to design energy efficiency through-out the home, yet with all of the important features the owner wishes for. Most states require Manual J, D, and S to address this.
5. Complete plumbing design. We go beyond what is required for the local building authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and provide complete design details for the following:
**Water filtration systems design
**Sustainable design features (solar water heating)
**Plumbing provisions for roughing-in equipment such as steam machines, residential shop air, pool/spa/water features, custom outdoor entertaining equipment (BBQ, outdoor grilles, misting systems)
